Osnel Andre is a dedicated public servant, experienced law enforcement professional, and local business owner with more than 20 years of service to his community. Throughout his career in law enforcement including his service with the Texas department of corrections I stated in 2006, then I started the Marion County Sheriff's office 2009. I started the center township constables office 2022. Southport police department 2025. Osnel has built a strong reputation for integrity, leadership, and a steady commitment to protecting and serving residents with fairness and respect.
During his time with the Marion county sheriff deoparment and Southport Police Department, Osnel gained extensive experience working directly with families, neighborhood organizations, and local leaders. He understands that effective public safety is built on trust, communication, and collaboration. His hands-on experience responding to community concerns, resolving conflicts, and developing proactive safety strategies has shaped his belief that strong communities thrive when law enforcement and residents work together.
Beyond his badge, Onsel is also a business owner who understands the challenges local entrepreneurs and working families face. Managing a business has strengthened his skills in budgeting, decision-making, customer service, and accountability, qualities that complement his public service background.
